Terms of entry and use
These terms cover nominations to the Pakistan Tourism Awards (“the programme”) and use of this website. By submitting a nomination you agree to them.
1. Entering
Entry is free. No payment is required to be nominated, shortlisted, judged or named a winner, and no payment can influence any of those outcomes.
Anyone may submit a nomination, including the nominee. A nomination for an individual requires that person's consent. A nominee may be entered in up to three categories in one year.
2. Eligibility
Each category publishes its own eligibility rules on its award page. We may ask for evidence, move an entry to a more suitable category with the nominator's agreement, or decline an entry that does not meet the rules. Eligibility decisions are final.
3. Accuracy
You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Entries found to contain false or misleading information may be withdrawn at any stage, including after an award has been made.
4. Material you submit
You keep ownership of the text, images and files you submit. You confirm you have the right to share them, and you give the programme permission to use them to review and judge the entry. If the nominee is published as an Official Nominee, Finalist or Winner, you also permit us to display that material on this website and in programme communications, with credit where credit is supplied.
5. Judging
Finalists are assessed by an independent jury against the published evaluation areas. Jurors must declare conflicts of interest and do not score a category in which they have one. The jury's decisions are final, and individual scores are not disclosed.
6. Seals and trophy
Official Nominees, Finalists and Winners may display the corresponding seal for the stated year and category, following the usage guidelines. No one else may use the programme's name, seals or trophy image to imply recognition.
7. Conduct
Attempts to pressure, reward or mislead jurors or programme staff will lead to disqualification.
8. Changes
If these terms or the process change, the updated version will be published here before it takes effect.
