What we collect
When you submit a nomination we receive what you enter in the form: details of the nominee, your name, email address and optional phone number, your written answers, and any images you upload. We also record the time of submission.
What stays on your device
While you fill in the nomination form, your answers are saved in your own browser so you can return to them. This draft never leaves your device until you press submit, and it is deleted when your nomination is sent. Uploaded files and declaration checkboxes are not saved in the draft.
How we use it
- To review the nomination for eligibility and, if it qualifies, to judge it.
- To contact you about the nomination.
- To publish nominee details if the nominee is shortlisted. Your own contact details are never published.
Who sees it
Programme staff and jurors. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics. Fonts and images are served from this website itself.
Keeping and deleting
Nominations are kept for the awards year and the archive that follows. You can ask us to correct or delete your personal details at any time through the contact page.
