What this award recognizes

A food street, restaurant, culinary tour, cooking class or regional food tradition offered to visitors, with a clear sense of origin.

01The nominee operates in, or is located within, Pakistan.
02The nominee was open to visitors or actively operating during the twelve months before nominations close.
03Information in the nomination can be independently verified.
04Any licences or registrations required for the nominee's activity are held and current.
05Food premises meet the hygiene requirements of their provincial food authority.
